Inbox, sent and drafts
Familiar folder structure with Inbox, Sent Items, and Drafts. Emails are grouped into conversations by subject, so you can follow the full thread at a glance.

Conversation threading
Emails are automatically grouped into conversation threads based on subject line and regarding record. Expand or collapse individual messages within a thread.

Reply and forward
Reply to or forward any email with a single click. The original message body and recipients are carried over. Your Dynamics 365 email signature is automatically appended.

Email management
Delete emails with a confirmation dialog. All operations go through the Dataverse Web API, so security roles and audit logging are fully respected.

Rich text composer
Full rich text editor with bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, ordered/unordered lists, indentation, font size control, and HTML source mode for advanced editing.

Attachments and inline images
Attach files up to 10 MB, view attachments directly, and download them. Inline images embedded in emails are rendered correctly within the message body.

Search and filter
Search emails by subject, sender name, email address, or recipient. Filter your inbox by specific records (Account, Contact, etc.) to see only related correspondence.

Resizable layout
Three-panel layout (sidebar, email list, detail) with draggable dividers. Collapse the sidebar or email list to give more space to the content you're focused on.

Multi-mailbox support
Access your personal mailbox and shared mailboxes side by side. Each queue configured in Mail Client Settings appears as a separate mailbox in the sidebar.

Regarding and tracking
Set or clear the "Regarding" field on individual emails or use "Track Thread" to link an entire conversation to a specific Dataverse record for full audit trails.

Recipient search
Type-ahead search across Contacts, Accounts, and System Users when composing emails. Picks up email addresses from your Dataverse data automatically.

Email signatures
Automatically uses your configured Dynamics 365 email signature when composing. Open the Dynamics signature editor directly from the control to update it.
