A custom business app, built at our risk

We build one business app for a company of about 10–100 people. You pay nothing until your team is using it. After that, one fixed monthly price, whether five people use it or fifty.

Who it is for

An owner or an operations manager. The work is stuck in email and spreadsheets. A large project is not on the table. You already use Microsoft 365.

What you get

• Agents in your own Microsoft tenant, with access only to the data that process needs.

• A Teams or web chat client so the team can talk to those agents.

• One business app that replaces the manual process you care about most.

• We set up the infrastructure. You try the app until you are happy with it.

• More development later, billed by the hour.

What it costs

• The build: nothing, until you are happy with it.

• In your own tenant or Azure: one fixed monthly price. You can stop any month.

• On our infrastructure: the same monthly price, plus the running costs written out.

• Changes after that: hourly.

Ownership

Your data stays yours. You use the app while you pay. We keep the code. If we disappear, the contract includes a data export and a handover.

What we do not do

We do not sell you the code. We do not quote a fixed project, deliver it, and leave.
